Floor Plans

Fulham Performance 2D Floor Plans are measured and drawn to a high degree of accuracy by highly-trained experts. We provide all the required information about room dimensions according to the latest RICS guidelines using professional tools such AutoCAD.

Certified Floor Plans are provided with an additional summary PDF version including the boundary lines used to calculate the Gross Internal Area (GIA) along with the critical dimensions taken onsite necessary to draw an accurate plan.

Additionally, we offer an output of B&W or coloured plans to match your brand guidelines at no extra charge, watermarked if required.

    From booking the job to turning up onsite through to production, our quick turnaround is exceptional. In a rapidly changing market, our companywide commitment ensures that we perform effectively and deliver a product of superior quality. To ensure a quick turnaround, we use the latest 5G technology to transfer our images into the production process whilst still on location. We turn around EPC's within 24 working hours from the site visit to lodgement but may also be able to carry them out onsite. Ask for more details!
